The Listening Company acquires EssentiaGroup

The Listening Company (TLC), the UKs leading marketing services company, has successfully completed an acquisition of a Glasgow-based business, The Essentiagroup.
The Essentiagroup employs 450 people in its Glasgow, Newcastle and Brora locations. Its prestigious client list includes the COI, the British Medical Association, the National Council for Voluntary Organisations, the Scottish Government and the Department of Health.
The acquisition represents a pivotal moment in the history of TLC and the combined group of companies will employ over 2,500 people in six locations in the UK, and will have revenues of over £55 million.
